Coating is a critical step in optimizing yarn surface properties and processing behaviour for demanding industrial applications. At TP, yarn coating is applied inline on both ring twisters and 2-for-1 twisters using an advanced kiss-roll coating system.

This method ensures precise and uniform application while minimising mechanical stress on the yarn, and directly enhancing durability, cohesion, and running performance in downstream processes.
