High-Performance Fabric
Engineered protection. Built for the long run.
Laminated hybrid fabrics developed for rope, cordage, lifting, and rigging applications. Available in two high-performance variants: TITAN HMPE Fabric (HMPE-based) and ARMAX™ Fabric (Aramid-based).
The right fabric construction for every demanding application.
TP’s High-Performance Fabric range consists of two laminated hybrid fabrics, each engineered for specific performance priorities in demanding rope and load-bearing environments.
Both variants share the same laminated construction logic: a carefully balanced fibre blend, lamination for cohesion and environmental resistance, and consistent quality controlled in-house in Germany. The choice between TITAN HMPE and ARMAX™ comes down to the performance requirements of the application.
TITAN HMPE Fabric is built around HMPE for maximum strength-to-weight efficiency and abrasion resistance. ARMAX™ Fabric uses Aramid where heat resistance, flame behaviour, and cut performance are the determining factors.
TITAN HMPE Fabric
Where strength meets long-term reliability
TITAN HMPE Fabric is engineered from a hybrid blend of TITAN HMPE and polyamide 6.6 fibers. This construction combines the exceptional strength-to-weight efficiency of HMPE with the toughness, abrasion resistance, and structural stability of PA 6.6. Lamination further enhances cohesion, durability, and resistance to environmental exposure.
The result is a fabric built for long service life and predictable performance in rope, lifting, and rigging environments where abrasion, cutting, and repeated mechanical stress are critical factors.
Why TITAN HMPE Fabric?

ARMAX™ Fabric
Where heat resistance meets structural strength
ARMAX™ Fabric is engineered from a hybrid blend of Aramid and polyamide 6.6 fibers, laminated for cohesion, durability, and resistance to environmental and thermal exposure. It brings the defining properties of para-aramid into a fabric construction: high linear strength, dimensional stability under load, and reliable performance in elevated-temperature and safety-critical environments.
Where TITAN HMPE Fabric delivers the best strength-to-weight ratio for standard lifting and rope applications, ARMAX™ is the right choice when heat, flame resistance, or superior cut resistance are the determining factors.
Why ARMAX™ Fabric?
1.
High strength with thermal stability
- Aramid maintains structural performance under elevated temperatures and does not melt
- Suitable for high-heat environments where HMPE would be at risk
2.
Excellent cut and chemical resistance
- Resists cutting forces and aggressive chemical environments
- Purpose-built for safety-critical and demanding industrial conditions
3.
Low flammability and dimensional stability
- Naturally flame-resistant with low thermal conductivity
- Very low elongation and creep under continuous load
4.
Optimized for protection and load-bearing applications
- Designed for protective covers, slings, and components where heat and cut resistance are primary requirements
- Performs reliably under repeated mechanical stress
5.
Flexible constructions & colour options
- Laminated fabric constructions tailored to application needs
- Available in multiple colours for identification and safety coding
6.
Consistent quality and reliability
- Produced and tested in-house in Germany
- Engineered to deliver repeatable performance project after project

Independent material advice for the right fit, always.
TP is not a fibre producer, which means advice is always independent. Both TITAN HMPE and ARMAX™ Fabric have been developed to meet specific functional requirements in rope and lifting applications. But TP will always evaluate whether TITAN, ARMAX™, or an alternative hybrid construction offers the best technical and economic fit for the application.
Through technical consultation, co-development, and in-house testing, TP ensures material choices are made consciously, confidently, and for long-term reliability.
