TITAN HMPE
Let TITAN HMPE do your heavy lifting
Engineered performance since 2016
Established in 2016, the TITAN brand was created to serve demanding technical applications where performance, reliability, and consistency matter most. Built on engineering expertise and material know-how, TITAN represents TP’s commitment to delivering advanced yarn solutions that outperform conventional materials across multiple industries.
TITAN HMPE: High-Performance by Design
TITAN HMPE is TP’s premium range of high-performance HMPE yarns, developed for applications where strength, efficiency, and durability are critical. Offering an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, TITAN HMPE delivers comparable linear strength to steel at approximately one-seventh of the weight, enabling lighter constructions and more efficient system designs.
The yarn combines excellent cut and abrasion resistance with strong UV stability and neutral buoyancy, making it suitable for both onshore and offshore environments. Performance characteristics can be tuned through construction and finishing, ensuring the right balance between strength, handling, and service life for each application.
TITAN HMPE is available as straight yarn, converted, coated, or blended, supporting hybrid constructions and application-specific performance optimization.
Designed for consistency, control, and customization
All TITAN HMPE yarns are produced and processed under strict quality control, supported by in-house manufacturing and testing capabilities in Germany. This ensures repeatable performance, reliable batch-to-batch consistency, and full traceability throughout the production process.
By maintaining control over twisting, plying, coating, and blending, TP enables precise customization of TITAN HMPE to meet specific mechanical, environmental, and processing requirements.

Independent material expertise, engineered for your application
TP is not a fibre producer. This means material selection is driven by application performance, not by preference for a single fibre solution. TITAN HMPE is engineered through technical consultation, co-engineering, and in-house testing to ensure it meets the exact requirements of each application.
Where hybrid constructions or alternative materials provide better performance, TP will recommend them. Because TITAN is not about selling fibre, it is about delivering the best possible yarn solution.
