High-performance fabric development
TITAN HMPE Fabric is a high-performance laminated technical fabric, developed within TP’s High Performance portfolio to support demanding rope- and load-bearing applications.
The fabric is engineered from a carefully balanced blend of TITAN HMPE and polyamide 6.6 fibers. This hybrid construction combines the exceptional strength-to-weight efficiency of HMPE with the toughness, abrasion resistance, and fabric stability of PA 6.6. Lamination further enhances cohesion, durability, and resistance to environmental exposure.
The result is a fabric engineered for long service life and predictable performance in rope, lifting, and rigging environments where abrasion, cutting, and repeated mechanical stress are critical factors.
